Formerly known as the Albuquerque Dance Exchange, ABQ Dance Connect was established in 2018 to be a resource for dance professionals in and around Albuquerque.
Our Mission
ABQ Dance Connect is a resource for dance professionals that provides networking and advocacy for people in the local dance community. Our aim is to unite dancers through inclusivity, visibility, and collaboration.
The Steering Wheel
ABQ Dance Connect's Steering Wheel is a group of volunteers who are committed to developing and strengthening the local dance community's network and opportunities. They meet regularly and are the backbone of the organization.
Meetings are at 4:30pm MT on the first Friday of each month. This meeting is open to all members of the community, so if you would like to attend, please contact info@abqdanceconnect.org, and we will send you the Zoom link.

Our Logo
The Albuquerque Dance Connect logo was designed by Albuquerque dance and visual artist, Natalee Maxwell. Natalee participated in one of our early projects, ABQ Can Dance and is featured in the first episode. You can find out more about her and her work on her Facebook page.
